Why are Nitrates contraindicated in Right Ventricular MI?

Why are Nitrates contraindicated in Right Ventricular MI? Preferred treatment is fluid loading. How will fluid loading help sir?

If I am not wrong

1)The right ventricle is not receiving blood because of the MI so there is depression of the systolic function which results in hypotension along with Angina.

2)Nitrates in such cases will worsen the hypotension by causing venodilation.

3)Fluid overload will increase the preload and the problem of hypotension will be solved but won’t the angina be worsened because of the increase in preload which inturn increases myocardial contraction and oxygen demand?

I cannot wrap my head around this concept. Please help me with this Sir.
