why in transverse vaginal septum it is written that it is most commonly occur in upper part of vagina? I have doubt that the location of transverse vaginal septum should be constant, that at upper 2/3 rd and lower 1/3rd junction?
How can it be on upper part?
Upper wrt to hymen i guess. Although both are difficult to differentiate on clinical examination.
