Why is there hyperdynamic circulation in anemia?

Peripheral BV dilation - activation of RAAS & sympathetic nervous system.

There is therefore increased level of vasopressin and AT-II.

Hypoxia stimulate increased blood flow to tissues I.e decrease in p.v.r which in turn stimulate sympathetic overactive which is responsible for hyper dynamic flow

In anemia, lower blood viscosity, hypoxia-induced vasodilatation, and enhanced nitric oxide activity lead to decreased afterload. There is also angiogenesis in chronic anemia. With decreased afterload, the venous return (preload) and left ventricular (LV) filling increase, leading to increased LV end-diastolic volume and maintenance of a high stroke volume and high stroke work. This leads to hyperdynamic circulation in anemia. Thank you.
