In a known pregnant female with pituitary adenoma with sudden onset visual disturbances and headache with hypotension most likely “Pituitary Apoplexy” Due to which there is increase in pituitary size compressing the optic chiasma leading to bitemporal/Heteronymous hemianopia
In option A ‘bi’ not mentioned.
