Why there a clause of bank guarantee in mahrashtra which means for example if the fees is 35 lakh per annum u have to give bank guarantee of rest two years fees that is 70 lakh as a fix deposit and 25 lakh for bond
So is the government out of their mind what u did by bringing neet what is the difference its like a capitation only
