Will drinking more milk make bones stronger?

Will drinking more milk make bones stronger?

Everyone has heard this myth. Associate it with calcium and fat in milk. However, statistics say otherwise.

Children who do not consume milk at all break bones with the same frequency as others. This was confirmed by a study in Canada. 2 thousand children were observed for about 8 years. As a result, the use of cow’s milk did not affect the frequency of fractures.

The only connection may be in case of refusal of milk due to problems with the intestines. Then, perhaps, the child will not be able to eat other foods that would affect the bones.

Those studies are always done on pasteurized milk though. If they would do them on raw milk, it would support the healthy bones/teeth.

maybe (?). But don’t forget that raw and pasteurized milk both have very sticky protein - casein which clogs microcapillary circulation, gradually becoming a problem, especially in old age, and provokes diseases including colds and flu, joint pain, etc.
