With RMP’s & any guy working in hospitals be it even watchmen are running clinics and prescribing higher antibiotics & steroids like candy

Here in my place in namakkal district many government compounders are practicing with out any basic medical knowledge… And giving antibiotics with out giving test dose… People are going there for low cost to them… And when the people come to my clinic they are telling, we are paying only 100 rs for everything (including medicine) and you are asking 100rs for the consultation itself… Medical field is misused by such illegal persons.
It’s not surprising anymore. Even a compounder/pharmacist are running a clinic now. Treated without knowledge and patient later came to tertiary centre with various complications. Example a Diabetic patient took Homoe/Ayurved since it has no side effects as per those practicioners and even up with Liver/Kidney Injury in ICU . So if the patient dies they will blame us .
