Theme :Suicide prevention.
The best suicide prevention method is talking about the suicide. It will reduce the anxiety of people who need to be understood .It is good year for Nepal as suicide number is declined from 5,317 to 3,488 i.e by 35 % in 2018/2019 . Our society generally takes suicide as act of coward .No suicide is not the coward act but it is the manifestation of mental disease. Observe around your love ones ,help them instead of blaming .And if you are having depression having or suicidal thoughts or plans understand that it is a sign of severe emotional distress which may be due to either the loss of a job, a relationship breakup, or violence or any other cause which disturbs you mentally ). You are not to blame and it can happen to anyone. You need to be strong ,talk about it with your family ,friends ,society ,seek help from medical professionals .
