Your experience about hydrocele of canal of nuck.
I had met a such case 27 years old female.
presented by pain from 2 weeks in a swelling at the right inguinal region which present 2 years ago.
By exam:
I was conflicted as the patient is atheletic and she had a mild tender swelling increase with straining.
palpation:
Revelal a swelling partially irreducible not expansile on cough and tender.
Ultrasound reveal:
A right inguinal hernia lateral to the external iliac vessels.
Sac containing fluid.
Diagnosis was accidentally intra operative.
Any suggestions to confirm diagnosis preoperative…??
How to deal with a such case?
