girl 10 yrs came complaint of Rt iliac pain ,diagnosed as appendicitis. appendectomy was done which was normal appendix
3 days after operation take permission for drinking
abdomenal distention and ilius occured
she was advised to stop drinking then within 11days of ileus and distension
U/S no abnormality nor collection
no fever
normal leuckocytic count
CT abdomen with oral contarst showed small bowel obstruction
laparotomy was done
meckel’s diverticulitis was found which was inflamed and make a fibrous band which hang a loop of ileum
with adhesions
resection anastomosis was done
