Hello. Can someone help me please. I’m giving up hope 
5 years ago (1.5 years after having breast cancer treatment aged 34) I suddenly up one day with shortness of breath & extreme fatigue. Then quickly I lost half my hair, the rest of my hair went strangely dry and for 5 years I’ve had spots which are sore all over my scalp.
I’ve had to spend the last 5 years mostly lying down feeling unwell and severely fatigued.
More recently my vision is very poor and I have jerks in my arms/legs.
My heart is always pounding hard & if I look at where my belly button is it shakes with every beat.
More recently weakness in lower back is so extreme & I’m struggling to stand at times.
I’ve never had a fever, nausea or stomach issues. Medications given to me over these years I seem to have bad reactions too, making symptoms worse.
I’ve had echo, ecg, abdominal scan, brain scan and all the standard tests from doctor…CBC, thyroid, vit d, b12, ferritin, folate, kidneys, liver, crp (I have the list of the other tests) Everything comes back normal.
Anyone got any ideas what I can do please? I would be really grateful.
