As per kdgo criteria, s.cr level more than 4 mg /dlor 3 times than baseline may be considered as stage 3 or anuria more than 12 hrs could be considered as stage 3…
Now see, that means there is chance that s.cr level may be just 3mg/dl where as pts may be anuric for more than 12 hrs… at that time you must treat it as stage3 … and take appropriate action…
