Cracking Indian pg is easy or USMLE (any branch)or plab or pg in Germany?
If you want to pursue pg in germany , following is the process.
You’ll have to learn German language. Requirement nowadays is c1 level.
After that you can apply in various universities there. There is no tuition fee. Instead you get paid.
The medicinal branches usually comprise of 5 yrs course and surgical branches for 6 yrs. The best part being direct super specialisation n no enterance exams.
USMLE step 1 and step 2 ck crack karna easy hai but cs aur step 3 difficult hai. Crack bhi Kar Lia toh kahin zyada papad belne padenge . If done everything last moment pe visa reject Kai ke Huey hain den not only year is wasted but black mark against u.
Germany second easiest , u need to be as proficient in German speaking and writing at a level that is equal to a native German 12th pass . Plus ur degree isn’t valid u need to get mbbs validated in whichever state u want to work in. Every state has their own MCI type red tape loving body . So each state has slightly different rules. Unless u know German at C1 proficiency level and have the certificate to prove it say byebye to that. Plus salary is poor. Plus training time is double of India and variable depending on if the consultant or whatever thinks u need more training then u gotta do more. Whole lot of bullshit.
UK third easiest do mrcp/mrcs directly after mbbs no need for plab. Go slog like a donkey and die before u become whatever or get depressed and shoot urself (oh forgot u can’t buy a fucking gun).
Most difficult India pg. Give simple one step exam no interview , no demands for proof that u actually want to be a doctor , proof of interest by means of published research volunteer activity etc bullshit. Cheap exam. Single paper for all. U get paid seats and unpaid seats no discrimination based on visa citizenship whether u have an accent whether someone likes u or not. Malpractice and negligence cases are easy to handle . Even in negligence case ure left of way way way easier than the above mentioned countries. U can bribe ur way thru many pickles. No need to give 5000$ CME exams every 3 years and need to pass it. Many more difficulties in India which I won’t go into.
Plab ka suggestion Dene waalon . Mrcp/mrcs directly de sakte ho. U can skip FY1 . Why do u want to give plab is beyond me
Overall, USMLE > NEET > MRCP > PLAB > GERMANY (only needs you to know the German language)

Settle only in Germany. To migrate to other European countries and work u need to follow rules of that country for licensing.
I don’t understand why people here are saying USMLE is easier than NEET. I am even wondering whether people have even taken step1 and CK whosoever are talking about USMLE in above comments. All exams have their own pattern to ask questions. It all depends on how your brain have capacity to work while choosing answers, whether it works better while solving case based questions (usmle) or works better while solving straight forward questions (neet).

One important note for usmle even if u get the top most score it wont guarantee u selection let alone specialty of your choice. Indians and most foreign graduates are given medicine, family medicine , psychiatry ; as americans dont want to take these . also the places that take u are places in expensive cities with a lot of immigrant population in neighbourhood and stressful work environment. There are many pros and likewise numerous cons .
one more point from 2022 usa uk will change there system. usa wont let u give usmle unless ure college is recognised or something by their LCME , currently only college in india on track to achieve that is Manipal. For uk plab/mrcp/mrcs etc will finish it MOST LIKELY will become like usa. where u have to give ukmla exam whether u are specialist , mbbs or super specialist.
