You have taught us 8 varieties of pap smear report. In all these we are following colposcopic biopsy wherever necessary.

Then what about punch biopsy. Are we not examining the cervix in all these varieties?

Is my perception that we are directly going for colposcopic biopsy correct?

When is the application of punch biopsy then?
