Hello, i am 25 years old man .
Months ago i had small pain during or after masturbation lower right abdomen.
I stopped gym due to covid-19, when sitting in bed i felt like small pointing pain very small pain same area.
I started to take Nsaids the pain went away 100% during, i stopped it and it is almost gone.
I realize my testicles have a very small pain from time to another.
This small pain is not present during mornings.
I visited 3 doctors, first one did urine test said i have kidney sand triple phospate crystal, 2nd said it is before the hernia because i am a heavy lifter, third one said maybe parasite in colon or something.
I go to wc daily basis no problem , cbc test is perfect, urine test also by only crystals, urologist tested my testicles no lump or swelling or pain when touching, and no hernia neither.
What do you think it is, the pain is small and comes and go, i am concerned if its testicular cancer or something ? There is no pain during masturbation , past i had the pain right lower belly.
I witness also 2 days ago a small burning sensation in my penis, but now the feeling is gone
