I am 10 months post Acl reconstruction using hamstring graft and root of meniscus repair surgery

I am 10 months post Acl reconstruction using hamstring graft and root of meniscus repair surgery.

I did not had PT sessions for the first 2 and Half months after surgery.

I am right now struggling with end of of motion (flexion 130 degrees and extension nearly 0 degrees).

But my Quad muscle is very weak and thin as compared to the quad muscle of the good leg.

I feel persistent soreness behind the knee while walking and I am having effusion in the knee as well.

Besides the foot in the operated leg remains warmer than the food in the unoperated leg.

I did an MRI six months after surgery (May 19) which revealed Scar tissue lump in the anterior of my knee.

But my Surgeon said it is not going to create any problems as my range of motion was not inhibited.

Has anyone in this group dealt with this?

Any comments and advice is highly appreciated.

Thank you
