What do you want from life? Money?? Then don’t go after degrees…settle somewhere, do some certificate course and start making some…but if academics and research then go for degree chasing
Drop because,37k is not a bad rank,you will improve very quickly

Take drop only if u have confidence and good amount of energy
Change ur name first, be positive, if u get a decent college decent branch go for it…
If seriously attempted…go for job…or start practicing
