-Glasgow Coma Scale ≤14

-Suspicion of depressed skull fracture

-Signs of basilar skull fracture

.Battle sign (mastoid ecchymoses)

.Raccoon eyes (orbital ecchymoses)

.Cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea or otorrhea

Hemotympanum

-Altered mental status or loss of consciousness

-Neurological deficit
