Is the thumbprint supposed to be uploaded horizontally??Vertical fits the box just fine but i have read a lot of posts saying it should be uploaded horizontally.Would be a huge help if someone could please clarify.Thanks
Doesn’t matter horizontally or vertically , it should be clear and <80kb
They clearly mentioned it’s 63(widthheight) so it’s obviously horizontal!
Not necessarily.Vertical impression fits withinn those dimensions just fine as i mentioned in the post beforehand
My original thumb print was verticle below 80kb size and it didnt get rejected, i only had to resubmit for signature because it was too simple i think.
