Take 1 tab next day extra and continue packet and use emergency method if sexual intercourse occurred

Take 4 tabs next day and continue packet and use other method

Omit the packet and use other method of contraception
Definitely option 3 bcoz she is having trouble taking meds daily
Another option was to continue regular ocp tablet (no additional tablet) along with use of barrier ( condom) usage if intercourse has occurred.
she could continue the same ocp but with other method of contraception like barrier method and emergency method if she had a intercourse in between …
