Right knee ACL severed 8 years ago

History: Right knee ACL severed 8 years ago. Patella Tendon used to create new ACL. Recovery was rough due to cooler and leg gear. Since then I have had 2 more meniscus tear fixes on the same knee.

Around 2 months ago I was walking from my car to front door at work. Loud, Sudden “SNAP” sound and sharp pain.

My question: has anyone here experienced multiple tears after having tears trimmed/repaired?

I am 37 and assume I will end up with a replacement in my 50’s but Im not ready for that yet. LOL

My ACL being severed felt like a piece of rubber tearing, followed by instant instability (I worked on a lobster boat, slightest weather/waves causing my knee to buckle and I would fall over). My ACL repair feels great and I do not have stability issues now, only “cracks” or a feeling of under my knee cap something getting stuck once it releases, I feel the pain.
