So the dermatologist said that this is not Vitiligo. Said it is due to her eczema. She prescribed 2 kinds of protopic to use for the flares and to maintain. Pharmacist confirmed they do not contain steroid.
Anyone has experience with protopic ointment? Is it safe? Some say it can cause cancer 
Did it help with the hypopigmentation?
She said once the flares are managed, her skin color will then come back. I forgot to ask her the restoration period 
Everybody keeps staring at the discoloration. Says how its so bad and noticeable. When i tell them its caused by the eczema, they scratch their heads and think how that is not possible.
