*hemoglobinopathies
*hemolytic anaemia

untreated iron deficiency anaemia

suspected gestational diabetes

children
*HIV
- CKD
*After blood loss/donation
*after surgey.
Explaination ;-
most of these conditions are associated with Defect in RBC & hb due to alteration in live span of RBCs >>.Hba1c will be not accurate in these conditions most of the time
