Give home Oxygen 8 to 10 L/ min if SPO2 is low.
All family doctors must buy finger Oxymeter and monitor patient till pt is hospitalized.
Avoid HCQS in patient with Cardiac problem
Do ECG if possible and see QT interval in all cases.
