I went through the comment section of this post, and after seeing the comments filled with the casteist and brahminical filth by so called “educated” folks, displaying their typical ‘janeu’ upbringing of toxic racism and casteism, and after seeing how a fellow doctor was bullied, mocked and insulted for her identity, when she came on this forum just to clarify her doubts, I can see why reservation in this country is COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED AND NECESSARY.
Undoubtedly Babasaheb Ambedkar was a genius visionary to see through this and made provisions for constitutional safeguard of weaker sections of society from this very Janeu toxicity.
Last year around 50-60k rank SC/ST people got obgyn or paeds etc…so dont worry ur seat is reserved
