→ Halitosis / Regurgitations of food items / Recurrent Pneumonia
IOC
→ Esophageal manometry (LES tone ↑)
→ Ba swallow : Bird beak appearance
Rx
→ Laparoscopic Heller’s myotomy + Nissen fundoplication
→ Botulinum toxin+ Balloon dilatation + CCB
