4weeks PO acl and meniscus repair. I just can’t sleep and it’s not from pain
I couldn’t sleep after ACLR for 3 weeks …But it gradually cleared…Now I can’t wakeup from the deep sleep

I’m almost 5 1/2weeks post op and I’m still taking a couple Tylenol and a couple Benadryl every night an hour before I want to be asleep. I ice my knee during that time too. I couldn’t sleep for over a month and this has finally helped me.
