54 d/female consulted for new lesion noticed by mother during NCU admission for pneumonia, history of Piperacillin Tazobactam and gentamycin and paracetamol, childs mom complaints that lesion appeared after medication use and that there was no such lesion at birth or a small nevi or similar lesion at the site before hospital admission, no history of lesion in past after medication use, no history of seizure, O/E -plaque reddish pink with erythematous halo, with satellite macule ! Diagnosis and Mx please? our D/D congenital melanocytic nevi, FDE
