There was no Bradykardia in option… There was tachypnea… So answer should be sweating
No sweating is classic for heat stroke.so i too think,maybe Brady was not there in option.
More the time is passing,options n question details are becoming hazy.so I think its better to let go now.

Because the pic u posted is of heat exhaustion but in exam heat stroke was given (not exhaustion).
