A 46 yrs old village lady, non diabetic,normotensive patient has developed erythematous plaque with some papular vesicular lesion on the several parts of the body which r shown in picture.severe tenderness and sligjtly raised temperature over the lesion.but there is no itching.would u plz tell me how i proceed this case including investigation and treatment

Complaints generalized bodyache
Duration of lesion? Is there H/O fever or not? Any investigation done specially CBC?
