According to rules of Counselling-
If a seat gets allotted to any student in Round 2 Counselling of Either MCC Counselling(All India Counselling) or any state counselling, and student joins that alloted seat!
then that student gets ineligible to participate in mopup round anywhere.
So MCC have developed a portal in which MCC and Every State Counselling authorities will publish the list of students who joined a seat anywhere till Round 2
So that no seat blocking happens in mopup. Last year also many cases came for this in Maharashtra State…
