Now when again applied for NOC, Kerala medical council is asking non-utilisation certificate from TNMC … How to get non-utilisation certificate from Tamil Nadu Medical council?

First you have to login to tamil nadu medical council and you can apply for non utilization certificate online.they will sent you the certificate through mail.
