are anterior wall and anterior surface of heart same or different?and if same then how is anterior wall supplied purely by D2 branch of LAD?

Maily made up of right ventricle
2.Inferior surgace/diapharameatic surgace:
Mainly made up of right ventricle+left ventricle
3.Posterior surface: Maily made up of left atrium
