Avidly enhancing lesion crossing the midline through the splenium of corpus callosum,

having larger left hemispheric component,
-
with resultant extensive edema on the left side as well,
-
and compression effect of both atria, esp. left one.

Enhancement is relatively homogenous (unlike Glioblastoma, enhancement is heterogeneous or nonuniform ring pattern).
-
No significant central necrosis (unlike Glioblastoma or lymphoma in HIV patients).
-
No other lesions (unlike Metastases, multiple lesions may be seen esp. involving the grey-white matter interface).
