1- Beta blocker or calcium channel blocker or digoxin in patients with WPW syndrome.
2-Ivabradine in a patient below 18 years or heart rate below 70 or with verapamil or diltiazem .
3-Pioglitazone or metformine in a patient with decompensated heart failure .
4-Sildenafil in a patient taking nitrates or Nicorandil .
5- Amiodarone in patients with long QT or Brugada or digitalis toxicity or TCA toxicity with arrhythmia .
6- High dose aspirin or steroids in early MI patient
7- Statins with macrolides >> risk of rhabdomyolysis ( stop statins transiently ) .
