“Body-Donation Honor & Oath by Students”—The Department of Anatomy AIIMS Raipur organized a Program on “Body-Donation Honor & Oath by Students” in AIIMS Raipur, on 5.11.2019 Tuesday from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm…The programme was graced by Director Dr NM Nagarkar,Dean Dr SP Dhaneria, MS Dr Karan Peepre, HOD Anatomy Dr Dhyanesh Sharma and other staff members.
In this program Department of Anatomy along with MBBS 1st year students honored and thanked the Body-Donors for their endeavors of serving society selflessly even after death. We also expressed our thankfulness to the kin / relatives of body donors and the pledgers of body donation. Then our 1st year students took oath of respectful handling of the donated bodies during their study and research activities for achieving their professional goals. In this program people from all fields of our society were invited. Special guests were the relatives of the Body-Donors and pledgers of Body-Donation. People shared their experience & views regarding the theme of body donation and organ donation
