Can someone tell me the Papez circuit? I’m getting something in the study material and something different in the notes
Its for the recent memory… The circuit actually starts with the hippocampy–>fornix–> to mammilary body in hypothalamus --> to anterior thalamic nucleus --> via thalamocingulate fibres–> finally to cingulate gyrus
Thank you! After cingulate gyrus how does it go back to hippocampus? That is actually the part i have doubt in. Bcoz it’s given differently in notes and book
