Case filed in Bombay High Court for Postponement of ALL India Round 3 and conduct after All state complete their 2nd round

Points for court case:

  1. not following the schedule set by GOI

  2. not allowing state round 2 joined candidates in All india Round 3 as this will lead to massive seat blocking as they will have the option to choose between state round 2 seat and all india round 3 seat candidates who dont choose all india round 3 seat will lead to wastage and all these seats will go to stray, denying mid rankers the seat for which a lot of candidates will be ineligible as they would have compromised and taken seats of other branches because their branch of choice would be blocked by higher rankers…who wont even take the seat.

  3. states like karnataka, AP, telengana dont even have their 1st round completed, these candidates are going to of course block seats in All india 3rd round as they have not recieved allotment in their own state yet… this is in direct conflict with the recent supreme court order which directed states to conduct all state rounds 1st, before starting the next all india round 3.

  4. every year due to this similar mismanagement of counselling by MCC thousands of precious PG seats get wasted.

  5. the solution of the above problems is to delay all india counselling till all state rounds are conducted and strictly not allowing state joined candidates to participate in all india choice filling by deactivation of choice filling in the respective MCC accounts of such candidates, such candidates can be given option to upgrade in their respective state round 3 only.

And all india candidates in the all india round 3 can opt for upgrade. Both being given equal and fair chance

Even in states like Karnataka, AP , candidates from all India have blocked seats and have caused huge negative shift in state counselling… state candidates are at huge loss this time.

Candidates from these states also want to participate in air 3 due to such situations.

This isn’t fair at all .

There should be regulation that all air3 allotted candidates must report to colleges .

This can solve all problems without being unfair .

If people from all India can participate in state counsellings, then it’s right for state people also to participate in air3 .
