Does anyone deal with restless leg ( on your operated/ injured leg) I can’t even explain the pain or weirdness that I experience in it. But it’s usually way worse at night and then when I’m just relaxing… I feel like I have to move it constantly or it just has this weird sensation… if that makes sense? Anyways if anyone else has this weird thing I’m dealing with what do you all do to help it
I am gathering you have undergone an ACLR. If is when the surgeon cuts in , there is the potential for some nerve damage to occur. These sort of things tend to be more prominent at night when the muscles are at rest. Here is a bit more information although this one talks more about numbness but nerve trauma
