What is credits? My knee pops with every step. I am 5 weeks po. I hope the popping is something short lived.
Knee crepitus by itself is generally not painful. If you have pain, you may have catching of something, or cartilage deterioration. I thought that the noise my knees make were related to my pain, and come to find out they have nothing to do with it. I have moderately severe arthritis in my patella, and didn’t find this out until I tore my ACL four months ago.
