Ecg findings in dextrocardia

ECG FINDINGS IN DEXTROCARDIA
*right axis deviation
*positive qrs complex (with upright p&twaves) in avr)
*inversion of all waves in lead 1 (inverted p wave, negative qrs complex, inverted t wave)
*a bscence of R waves progression in chest leads (dominant S waves throughout)
D/D.
accidental reversal of the left&the right arm electrode can produce similar finding as dextrocardia in the limb leads (but with normal appearance of chest leads).
