FLUROSCOPIC SNIFF TEST
the diaphragmatic paralysis will show reduced diaphragmatic motion and paradoxical movement of the entire affected hemidiaphragm while eventration will display abnormalities for the anteromedial portion of the affected hemidiaphragm ( that’s why lateral view is particularly helpful)
