Enolase will also stop glycolytic pathway that’s why enolase inhibitor added to blood glucose estimation
Pyruvate kinase deficiency is an important autosomal recessive cause of hemolytic anemia which on PS shows characteristic prickle cells due to migration of energy-dependent phosphotidyl serine from inner membrane to outer.
Not sure though why enolase deficiency doesn’t cause similar presentation.
In tjis regard any any enzyme def of glycolysis can lead to hemolysis .But Pyruvate kinase is tge second common enzyme deficiency following G6 PD hence that’s the best answer
But PFK and Enolase are also answers but not common
