Female 29 year old patient, married, history of PCO, partial molar pregnancy 4 years ago, medications: Marvelon. Symptoms: chronic (almost 2 years), vague and dull pain in the lower back region which radiates to the lower abdominal region sometimes, that is not affected or releived by the body position. This pain is absent all the day but it disrupts sleep, it’s like a morning alarm, it comes in the morning and wakes up. . It is getting worse. I thought that it’s related to my job or to the way I sleep as aggravating factors, but it is not. I went to OBG, orthopedic, neurologist clinics, and ultrasound, x ray and MRI show nothing!!! NOTHING!!! I will send you the images and their reports upon your request. I am desperate, the intinsity of the pain is increasing.
