For those of you that had an ACL reattachment surgery with a fractured tibial plateau, at what point in your recovery/physio were you able to straighten your leg?

CommentHi,
I had ruptured ACL with fractured tibia plateau and meniscus tears. I was in a locked brace for the first two weeks. Once I was allowed to take brace off I was able to get my leg straight and had full extension the next week at therapy. Flexion was harder for me and am at 132 flex at 9 weeks PO.

I exercised to get near to full ROM back before the surgery. I could do 0-110 degrees straight after surgery. The natural hyper-extension that I have is still missing maybe 1 degree or less as of today, I’m 1y po. My doctor told me my ROM recovery was better than average though.
