I suggest to NBE that instead of having an annual exam where most of the seats are alloted, have twice a year exam like aiims pg. So that students also get a second early chance, they won’t have to Wait for an entire year… Also the doctors demand could be met with…

It would be great if they increase clinical branch seats in govt hospitals

yes should be more like us where those who Finnish mbbs can’t practice.,only after an md

Kerala and Tamil Nadu have more doctor patient ratio eqalling to European countries

Still doesn’t work when the doctors are concentrated more in the cities…

Nope .then suprspeciality ka Kya karogey if there are so many pgs ??

Then we will have super super speciality after dm or mch

I think more than the ratio, its the distribution that’s the main problem.

All the unmet needs is being filled by the so called RMPs.

Increasing seats won’t change anything, need to create incentives and facilities (and safety) so that more doctors can go serve in these rural areas.

Increasing ug/ pgs seat won’t work until n unless govt provides good infrastructure n facilities even in rural areas
There r many doctors who r jobless after mbbs n pgs
