10 days since disease onset+7 days at home(in mild cases)
Quarantine is for the suspected case so it is 14 days
Isolation for dignosed case so it is 10 days , difference of 4 days is for avg ip of covid
Quarantine means maximum incubation period that comes upto 14 days
Isolation means maximum period of communicability that comes to 10 days (in case of asymptomatic or mild )-home quarantine individuals
Actually, now there’s NO isolation, NO quarantine as per new guidelines of Janta Janardan - Public of India (recent update)
