Branch is good. But u need good surgical hands on . Power testing n stuff are being done by optometrists nowadays in the periphery. Not to demotivate u , but since u mentioned ur rank is a bit low , I would suggest u check with the required hands on in ur hospital. And this is just r1. U can easily wait for mop up to grab a better seat than that

If it is not your personal interest better opt for something which you like. In the end it is the branch which matters. That is going to stay your whole life. Never compromise on clinical branches.
