hello, I am just looking for a bit of advice, I had my BTB patella ACL reconstruction yesterday and I am struggling with the pain a bit, I am terrified that I have done something to the knee cap or something, any advice re helping the pain and how long it takes to settle?? thanks x
You’ll feel pain for awhile. I imagine the doctors would have seen something wrong with your knee cap if there was something. But I had the same surgery and the pain lasted for me for awhile. I’m 6 weeks out as of today and I still get pains in my knee under my knee cap some days. We just had two holes drilled in our leg. It’s gonna hurt.

x keep up with the pain relief and ice dont do anything u shouldnt it long winded but u get there x
