I had ACL reconstructive surgery

I had ACL reconstructive surgery and meniscus clean up on November 4th with a donor gaft. I am 43 years old and active. I avoided this surgery for 26 years until last year. It started acting up on me as I started running more. From the MRI results taken last year, I have torn my ACL multiple times. Last year my knee kept shifting out of place even in my sleep, which lead me to get the surgery.
I have good extension but my flexion was stuck at 76 degrees no matter how much I tried to move past it. I had a MUA (Manipulation Under Anesthesia) on January 20th (11 weeks after my initial surgery). I have been going to PT daily ever since. I got up to 102 degree flexion yesterday. However, my knee feels unstable compared to before.
My question is for anyone who had a MUA what helped you continue to make progress and any advice you can provide would be appreciative
